What is Kleer for HubSpot?

Kleer for HubSpot connects your Kleer account with HubSpot, keeping your business data synchronized across both platforms automatically.

What gets synced?

The integration supports the following data types:

You choose which types to sync from the settings page in HubSpot.

What can you do with it?

  • Automatic sync — Data from Kleer is periodically pushed to HubSpot so your team always sees up-to-date information.
  • Workflow actions — Create invoices, agreements, clients, and projects in Kleer directly from HubSpot workflows, triggered by deal or company activity.
  • Field mappings — Control exactly which Kleer fields map to which HubSpot properties.
  • Two-way sync for clients and projects — Changes made in HubSpot are pushed back to Kleer in near real-time.

Where do you manage it?

Everything is configured from within HubSpot:

  • Settings page — Found under your connected apps in HubSpot. This is where you enter your Kleer API key, enable sync for each object type, and configure field mappings.
  • Workflows — You add Kleer actions (like "Create Kleer Invoice") to your existing HubSpot workflows.

There is nothing to install or manage outside of HubSpot.
