These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kleer for HubSpot integration service (“Service”) operated by iGoMoon AB, org. nr 556899-5681 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By checking the acceptance box during installation and completing the setup of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
1.1 The Service provides an integration between Kleer and HubSpot, installed as a HubSpot application through the HubSpot Marketplace. The Service enables:
- Scheduled synchronisation of business data (clients, invoices, agreements, projects, products, and line items) between Kleer and HubSpot. Clients and projects support two-way sync; all other object types sync one-way from Kleer to HubSpot.
- HubSpot workflow actions that create records in Kleer (clients, invoices, agreements, and projects) based on triggers configured by you in HubSpot.
- Configurable field mappings that control which Kleer fields map to which HubSpot properties.
1.2 Synchronisation runs on a scheduled basis and is not real-time. Sync frequency varies by object type. The Service does not guarantee that data in HubSpot reflects the latest state of Kleer at any given moment.
1.3 The Service depends on third-party APIs provided by Kleer and HubSpot. iGoMoon does not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms. Changes, outages, deprecations, or discontinuation of these APIs may affect the availability or functionality of the Service, and iGoMoon shall not be liable for any such impact.
1.4 Your use of the Service is also subject to HubSpot’s Marketplace Terms of Service and Kleer’s terms of service. In the event of conflict between these Terms and HubSpot’s Marketplace Terms, HubSpot’s Marketplace Terms shall prevail to the extent required.
2. Eligibility and Account
2.1 To use the Service, you must have active accounts with both Kleer and HubSpot. The HubSpot connection is established via OAuth during installation. The Kleer connection requires you to provide your Kleer API key and Company ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of these credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
2.2 By installing and connecting the Service, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organisation and to grant the Service access to your Kleer and HubSpot accounts.
3. Plans and Pricing
3.1 The Service is available in a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro tier with additional features. Current plan details, including features and pricing, are available on our website.
3.2 For paid plans, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Swedish VAT (moms) will be added where applicable in accordance with Swedish tax law.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice. Any price change shall take effect from the start of the next billing period following the notice period. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may terminate your use of the Service before the new pricing takes effect, in accordance with Section 10 below.
3.4 To upgrade to a paid plan, contact us at support@igomoon.com. The paid plan becomes effective upon written confirmation from iGoMoon and issuance of the first invoice.
4. Data Processing and Privacy
4.1 We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable Swedish data protection laws.
4.2 You are the data controller for all personal data processed through the Service. iGoMoon acts as a data processor on your behalf. By using the Service, you acknowledge that business data (including personal data contained therein) will be transferred between your Kleer and HubSpot accounts via our servers.
4.3 By checking the acceptance box during installation and completing the setup, you agree to the iGoMoon Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), available at kleer.igomoon.com/data-processing-agreement, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The DPA governs the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
4.4 We store only the minimum data necessary for the Service to function: mapping IDs (linking records between Kleer and HubSpot), account credentials (API key and Company ID, encrypted at rest), field mapping configurations, change detection hashes, and registration data provided during setup (company name, contact person name, email address, and HubSpot portal ID). We do not persistently store the underlying business data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
4.5 Personal data is processed within the EU/EEA. A current list of sub-processors is maintained in the DPA and updated in accordance with its terms.

5. Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- Ensure that you have the right to synchronise the data you process through the Service and that such use complies with all applicable laws, including accounting and marketing regulations.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Comply with HubSpot’s and Kleer’s respective terms of service.
- Not modify billing or payment settings on records synced from Kleer to HubSpot (including enabling invoice creation on synced subscriptions or marking synced invoices as billable), as this may cause duplicate billing or other unintended financial consequences.
- Notify iGoMoon promptly of any suspected security incident or unauthorised access related to the Service.
6. Service Availability and Support
6.1 We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6.2 We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of planned downtime.
6.3 Support is provided via email at support@igomoon.com. Response times may vary depending on your plan tier and the nature of the inquiry.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by iGoMoon AB and is protected by Swedish and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
7.2 You retain all rights to your data. iGoMoon claims no ownership over data processed through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, iGoMoon AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 We are not liable for any errors, data loss, or inconsistencies resulting from the synchronisation process, including but not limited to issues caused by changes to the Kleer or HubSpot APIs, or by incorrect data provided by you or any third party.
8.4 The limitations in Sections 8.1–8.2 shall not limit either party’s liability for obligations arising under mandatory provisions of the GDPR, including but not limited to liability towards data subjects under GDPR Article 82.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 iGoMoon shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond iGoMoon’s reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, pandemic, government action, war, cyber-attacks, or disruptions to third-party platforms and APIs (including those provided by Kleer and HubSpot).
9.2 If a force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the Service by written notice without liability.
10. Termination
10.1 You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the HubSpot application and notifying us in writing.
10.2 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide fourteen (14) days’ written notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
10.3 Upon termination, your synchronisation will stop. Your account data, including mapping IDs and credentials, will be retained for thirty (30) days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
10.4 Data already synchronised to your Kleer and HubSpot accounts will remain in those systems according to their respective retention policies and is not affected by termination of the Service.
10.5 Termination of the Service does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period.
11. Changes to These Terms
11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate in accordance with Section 10.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
